What working with us is actually like
You will never pay us anything
Charging a work-seeker a fee for finding them work is against the law in the United
Kingdom, under the Employment Agencies Act 1973. If any agency asks you for money to register,
to be put forward, or to be found a job, walk away and report them to the Employment Agency
Standards Inspectorate.
You will know the salary before you go anywhere
The salary, the hours, the location, who you would report to, and who the employer
actually is. If we cannot tell you one of those things, we will tell you why.
We will not send your CV without asking
Your details go to a named employer only once you have said yes to that specific role.
Your CV does not get sprayed around Staffordshire on your behalf.
You will hear back
Including when the answer is no, and including why, where the employer has told us. Silence
after an interview is the thing candidates hate most about agencies and it costs nothing to
fix.
We will not push you into the wrong job
We get paid when someone starts, and we get paid back out if they leave. Our interests and
yours point the same way: a job you will still want in a year.
