HGV Class 2 Driver (C)
A permanent Class 2 driving role with a client of ours in Staffordshire. You will know the pay, the shifts and the employer before you are put forward, not after.
About the role
Our client needs a reliable Class 2 driver on a permanent contract. We will talk you through the work, the shift pattern and the pay on the phone first, so you can decide whether it is worth your time before anything goes to the employer.
What the job involves
- Driving a rigid vehicle safely on planned routes
- Daily walkaround checks and defect reporting
- Working within drivers’ hours and tachograph rules
- Deliveries, customer paperwork and proof of delivery
What you need
- Full UK Class 2 (C) licence
- Valid Driver CPC card (DQC)
- Digital tachograph card
- Right to work in the UK
